Description:
[Abies]-dominated fir or fir-pine forests of the northeastern Mediterranean basin, developed outside of, but in the immediate vicinity of beech [Fagus] spp., by [Abies cephalonica] and [Abies equi-trojani], outlier species of the group of [Abies alba] and [Abies nordmanniana].
