Woods of the British Isles, mostly of the [Fraxinus]-[Acer]-[Mercurialis] type, invaded and dominated by suckering elms of the [Ulmus minor] group ([Ulmus carpinifolia], [Ulmus procera]); postcultural small-leaved elm groves are included.
