Description:

Calcicolous, xero-thermophile, open, scraped, stepped and garland grasslands of the alpine and subalpine levels of the eastern Carpathians, on slopes with shallow limestone soils, dominated by, or rich in [Sesleria bielzii], [Sesleria rigida ssp. haynaldiana], [Festuca versicolor], [Festuca amethystina], [Festuca saxatilis], [Carex sempervirens].
