Description:

Supra-mediterranean acidophilous communities rich in [Nardus stricta] with an accompanying cortÃ¨ge similar to that of the Iberian subalpine [Campanulo-Nardion] (unit 36.36), rather than to that of the Atlantic and sub-Atlantic [Violion caninae] (unit 35.1), occurring in particular in the [Quercus pyrenaica] level of the Cordillera Central.
