Description:
Relatively short grasslands of lower mountain slopes of northern Scandinavia and of lowlands and hills of Iceland dominated by [Agrostis capillaris] or [Anthoxanthum odoratum], with [Polygonum viviparum] ([Bistorta vivipara]) and [Carex bigelowii]. These grasslands are strongly influenced by, and perhaps entirely dependent on, grazing or mowing.
